Mantis: 2 trains = 2 hour wait / 3 trains = 3 time

The only reason I would like to see that is I think Mantis would make a great sit down ride. Possibly making it a sitdown would increase RPH.

Trim Brakes.....a necessity?

Having more riders sit in the holding pen before the station decreases the length of lines across the park - if those people could get off the ride 2 minutes earlier they'd be in line somewhere else...

Hey...I'm not blaming the crew at all. I'm sure they're doing a fantastic job.

I will however, go to the grave with this one. There has to be something to this 2 train 3 train thing.

Once again, how is it that 3 trains worked for 5 seasons, now all of a sudden it doesn't. If the crew is fine (and I believe it is), and assuming the general public was just as dumb back in 3 train operation as they are now with 2, then what's the answer? If anything the gp should be getting the hang of how things work on the ride.

This weekend, I'm going to go help a friend stay put. It's much easier than helping a friend move. You just go to his house and make sure he doesn't start loading his stuff in a truck.

Hooper I am not saying the idea is bad (it won't happen though) but to clear up confusion with this concept here is my comment. The center of gravity on a stand-up coaster is significantly different than on a floorless or standard sitdown coaster. To put those trains on, your head would be boxed around like a Mike Tyson match due to the center of gravity at your head, not your heart. :)

Anyway, I think Mantis is a great ride, and I actually think the brake hitting may have to do with dispatch times as does Mean Streak. Does anybody know about this?

You betcha bulletproof logic. And how about the bulletproof obvious staring us right in the face that everyone seems to keep dancing around. The waits are 3 times longer now than they were before. Now am I to believe that it's all because people can't hook up their belts....They've never been able to hook up their belts...There's only one thing that has changed dude, and one thing only...2 instead of 3. Jordan fades back...SWISH...And that's the game!

There weren't seatbelts originally I believe, and no, the trim on the ride has just about no effect on the ride from how it operated before.
