Male or Female Offsite Roomate

I live in Sandusky, off site, about 10 min from the front gate and will be looking for a roommate for the summer. I currently have a 2 bedroom downstairs apartment (so your own bedroom, with lock) and am looking for someone to help out during the summer.

I will be working in Live Entertainment as a stage tech for the Ice Show, and am looking for either a male or female who is at least 21. Car pooling is possible so no car needed. Looking for rent to be $250 a month which includes utilities and the rent, all you have to bring is a bed (goodwill is near by so beds and such can be gathered there also). Currently I do NOT have cable though that can be changed if interested (though i do have TV's and DVD players)

The rate is a little more than Cedar Point housing but you get your own room, don't have the rules of Cedar Point (just please use common sense) and can come and go as you please.
I don't have a problem with inviting others over, or even the occasional party, just again use common sense in planning.
