Yup you guessed it, actually it could have been called whatever ride you wanted to ride mania. No waits at all. 2 trains running for all coasters and those trains empty at times to half full with rerides.
Met up with Dan and started the magnum count. An eventful night from near rollbacks too Dan doing ride speils. Probably about a half hour into the riding were in the black train and suddenly the trims grab (they were disengaged). We crept over through the pretzel, and those bunny hops, I think our blowing backwords helped push us through. Dan & I wanted a rollback. We made it back and that was the last we felt trims for another good couple hours. Many other fun rides on Magnum with Dan. Last ride Dan had the pleasure of doing the ride speils on Magnum; which He did a great job at.
Of course Mr. skyward was their, with his PT shirt. He started on Vertigo, then toward the front of the park (must have been PT what else). He even rode magnum when Dan was riding. Met up with the RaptorDave and he got his 3000nd ride on Raptor in. Congrats to him. Rode Vertigo for the first time, nice ride but I don't think I would pay 10 dollars each time for it.
At the GOCC booth was the Rockwell (hope thats right sorry if not) family. (Who did the Raptor POV for CP largest park). Told them I saw them and ironically the older sister who said "This second hill is my favorite part of the ride....." was there and she did the spiel again for me. Too bad they rode magnum when I wasn't riding....that would have been a blast.
Overall just as good as last year, no lines, great service. Kudos to CP for doing this favor for the patrons. It really shows they care for their local people. Too me it totally makes up for the long summer lines. All I can say for MF is we say the basket car going up and down the lift at different times with people on the lift. Parking was in the front and not more then 3 rows deep.
Dan had 81 rides on Magnum, guaranteed to hit 2000 tomorrow. Congratulations Dan.
