Magnum Entrance

i see everyone saying that the quickest way to get to MAverick with Early Entance is to go to the Magnum gate? well do you have to say your going to soak city and park in that lot to get to that gate and just not go to soak city just go into the park?

You can just say to the toll booth person that you want to park in the Soak City lot and they will direct you there, or you can just go through the booth and go to the left lane. You don't have to go to Soak City to park there.
