Magnum entrance

2 questions before i go to Cedar Point tomorrow.

1. Does the magnum entrance open up to the public at 10 AM to let people with regular tickets in or is it just for season passes?

2. In the parking lot of Cedar Point, is there anyway to get to the sidewalk on the beach that leads to the magnum entrance?

Im just trying to see if i can get to this entrance before 10 am to get less of a run to Maverick... ;)

1. Yes

2. No, unless you take the shuttle bus for the resorts, that leaves from the Marina Entrance, which is accessible via a walk way.

However, if you really want to enter via the Magnum entrance, ask to park in Soak City (and stay to the left when going though the toll booths) and you can park right by it.

If you cant do that, your best off entering via the Marina entrance, getting further back is way too much of a hassle.

We pry will use the Marina Entrance. By the time we park at Soak City the park will be open.

Don't tell them about that SC lot! Shhhh.

Does it cost extra to park there? or you pay at booth and just drive over there?

It costs nothing more. Just stay all the way to the left after the booths to get back there.
