Best time to go to Louie's is in the off season! Even when I was an employee, I don't see what the big deal is about Louie's...extremely packed, takes too long to get a drink, you guys do realize there are many other bars in town, right? Some that will pick you up at commons and take you downtown, where you will have a lot more fun! Also, you won't have to worry about the CP Police on your way back from Louie's either. If you must go to Louie's be careful. Otherwise, Daly's, Cabana Jack's, Crowbar and Underground are much much better choices. All of these bars also have employee night.

Also not trying to me rude in any way, just wanted to let you awesome employees know about other options you have! :)

The big deal is that you can walk there. No need for a taxi or to ride on some shady bus to downtown.

Downtown has become real ghetto in the past couple of years. The new owner of Louie's is actually trying to keep that type of crowd that goes downtown out of his bar. It is nice to be able to go to Louie's and not have to deal with the thug mentality. But the downtown bars, aside for Water Street, are ok with that kind of crowd hanging around. To each his own I guess.

What is this thing you call "takes too long to get a drink"? I've never heard of such a thing.

I either went downtown, or our bayside apartment would just have a party. So easy to get booze into bayside lol. But yeah, Louie's is fun and all. But for certain types of people, a bar like Crowbar or Club X (now closed) is more fun.
