The thing I really hate is when a group of people gather and crowd near the entrance of a line, and you don't know whether or not to enter the queue. Then if you do and they enter right after you, the whole time in line is awkward because they usually have the attitude that you cut in line.
Don't worry about that. If they are not in the queue then you have every right to enter before them.
About 5 weeks ago I was in line for Maverick, we were still in the area where WWL line queue started into the then station when 8! count them! 8 people started pushing their way past the entire queue including where I was standing and started heading up into the old WWL station, when they made it to me {already passing about 35 people} I told them they were line jumping and I do not appreciate it, they went NUTS! Screaming they needed to catch up with there family {well inside the WWL station} I was outnumbered and it seemed no one had my back so I scolded them alittle more and relented {Not to interested in starting a scene}, they pushed there way past more than 30 more people before stopping!!! I didnt see them after they made it into the station but some people were clearly just as mad as me as one of them told me they made it to the station and since no one had said anything got to ride and had already left before I got there. These are the incidents that fire me up, everyone seemed to expect me to be the one that stopped them and I would have if I felt some more people had my back when I confronted them. Thanks to those ignorant fools about 65 people were made to wait longer.
P.S. those 8 people caught up to 2 others and clearly were enjoying the fact they got in front of so many people.
Ignorance and rudeness are alive and well in our country, if events of the last few months weren't enough evidence.

Ok so people cutting in line fires me up just as much as any of you. But last time I was at the park I saw two individuals in Maverick's line jump a few rows to get to the single rider line. It really didn't bother me seeing that many parks have single rider lines that start at the same point as the regular line. They weren't making me wait any longer so I really didn't see a problem with it. Is that considered line jumping?

In the Maverick line the single rider line only starts at about the end of the general queue. So, if the people jumped the rails, they did infact jump the line.
