Line Jumper.....

On friday the 25th,i was taking my last ride on Millennium Force and there were like 3 security guards just standing there and this girl decided to cut the line to join up with her friends and the security guards said nothing nor did nothing, they had to of saw her.I thought that rule was stricly enforced.Oh well, any ideas people?

I Love Millennium Force!:)
last year, during me and a friends first wait,he had to go to the bathroom so bad ,he went and nicely begged a secuity guard, and he let him leave and come back, this amazed me a little , but if someone leaves and comes back after asking, it would be different than if they just looked in and found friends they didnt wait with at all.

Who knows... the cops were standing around with their thumbs up their asses among the smokers on Friday as well.

Futuristic bow-wow... do the dog catcher!
Back in '99 I coined a credo that quite a few, but certainly not all of the CP security guards (kids without guns) follow:

"To look pretty and do jack."

On a side note, most of the Sandusky Police officers do a great job at the park.

I have seen several people been brought out of lines but never watched to see what the secruity did.

On Monday, Memorial Day, during the "last call" rush on MF, there was this guy who had a stuffed animal (i think), and we all know you can't take it in with you...So he put it into a locker and actually jumped the queue's to catch up with his friends just ahead of us. One of the people working at MF that evening near the entrance (not the host), ran up to Corey (rollocoast) and asked if he had seen the guy who jumped, and so Corey told him who it was. They sent the guy all the way back to the end of the line, but he had to leave the entire queue first and re-enter the queue. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

Were these cops, who were standing around doing nothing, seasonal cops (non-bonded, without guns)? I noticed last year that it took some of the security people a while to get up to speed. If these were the regular, bonded cops, then there is no excuse. If they were the summer help, hopefully steps will be taken by the supervisor to get them to do their jobs properly.

At the turn of the Millennium , there were signs....was there something out there? A higher intelli
Hey if you think line jumpers at Cedar Point are bad? Try Disney World. I've been there 3 times and I can name 2 specific tour groups from hell:
Middle School Kids and Brazilians.

Middle school kids are TOTALLY unsupervised, they run amok and I have yet to see any of them have a chaperone.

Brazilians line jump to no extent and even sit in the front row instead of the one they were designated to and nobody stops them, they also claim that they do not speak English except in food lines...

Cedar Point enforces line jumping much more than Disney World and I can't tell why, I'd say security wise for the happiness of all the guests on rides, Cedar Point is heads and tails above WDW.
lol,, braziliians,,,no speak-a-de-englese! lol,, how convienient!
I had more of a time dealing with the shock of all the speedo's I saw at Blizzard beach,, not to mention the woman sitting next to me shaving her armpits! lol that was gross

Feeling kruggie cause I'm not at the Point.
Actually, according to disney cast members at intercot.com WDW has no official line jumping policy. It's up to the descretion of the Cast Member.

No speako englisho? Believe me, Brazilians are taught English, they know the basics.

(Just for future reference, if someone from Spanish Speaking Countries and you have no idea what they're saying, say "No ablo espanol." I do not speak Spanish. There's the useless info for the day.)

It's "no Hablo espanol" but the h is silent so if you say it how you wrote it. :) You could also say "no comprendo" I don't understand. Or say, "habla ingles, por favor" speak english, please...that's is if they can :)

Do you guys realize that in Brazil they speak Portuguese, not Spanish! So your little "No hable espanol" thing wouldn't work with them! Portuguese is VERY different from Spanish!
Yeah, I know they speak Portuguese...but I don't know Portuguese and I figured I'd chime with some Spanish after the other two. :)
Sorry, I'm a Spanish teacher, so I just HAD to comment!!!
