Lights....

I really doubt that they would have those 12 lights as for aircraft.

Those lights that are up there right now are the countdown lights.....There will be 12 countdown lights and there are 12 lights there...as of right now they are just using them for additional lighting but when it gets closer to opening day and testing the launch with the tree than they will move the lights to the proper posistions and put brand new REALLY bright bulbs in them.......

I think that i actually have a picture of the lights, i caught it in one of the webcams yesterday, and the catch to it is that you can actually see the lights during the day.

I highly doubt they would install the lights somewhere else on the tower to make testing easier. What happens when you re-install them to their final location? You have to test them again!!! It's not like the wires are hanging out in the open, there's a lot involved when installing lights on a structure like that. You really can't just move them around whenever you feel like it.

I'm not sure what those lights are. Perhaps they are just construction lights mounted temporarily to aid the workers.
