Lighthouse Point: Cabins vs. Cottages

Hi all, heading to the Point next week and currently have a reservation for a cottage. 2 adults and kids aged 10,9,7.

We stayed in the cottages last year but with only 2 adults and 2 kids and all was fine.

Any real life experience to help guide me as to if we should go with the cabins over the cottages?
