lighthouse point cabin vs cottage?

The deck of our cottage was FRIGID during the second week of August. So, the month isn't really an indication of weather. It was still nice to sit out there in the morning though.

I always sit outside our cabin and watch the park wake up in the morning. A cup of coffee does wonders for making it warmer outside.

Very true. However, in May when we took a walk along the shore in the morning, all my coffee did was get cold.

But John's right - there's nothing quite like watching the park come to life over a cup of coffee.

^ Unless you don't drink coffee. :)

Well, that's just plain unamerican. Do you hate freedom or something?

Of course he does. He lives in the Carribbean.

He must be a pirate.

I always have a cup of coffee, but my brother's crew doesn't care for it so they have hot chocolate.

I'm sipping on a piping hot cup of freedom right now.

Right out of my 100% genuine Voyage travel mug. :)

P.S. I really don't buy coaster merchandise, so that'll show you how good the voyage really is. Though, I also own an MF and TTD hat, as well as a TTD hoodie.

do the futons in the cabins come with bedding, or would we need to bring that stuff (sheets, pillows...)?

djDaemon's avatar

Bedding is provided, if I recall correctly. I'm sure the Mayor can confirm or deny this.

Bedding is provided for the futons, although if you are particular about your pillow, you may want to bring your own. I don't think they're bad, but my wife always brings hers.

They don't change the sheets for you either, but they do bring in new towels every day. I was surprised by that since they called it an "exchange". I thought I was going to have to take the towels somewhere. But, they emptied the garbage and stuff too. I was quite impressed. :)

is there a certain time of day they do that?
