I was just wondering how often leadership changes throughout the season. I know between promotions, demotions, transfers, quiting, and termanation we only have about 5 ride locations with the same 2 leads. I was wondering if this is the same for you guys?
In my experiences, I'd say that we have probably a 70-80% retention rate of leadership. Well, at least in Zones 3 & 4 the past two years. The front of the park may have been different. Although, I suspect that this year's retention rate is a bit lower for the whole park.

Paul - have you been TL on Headspin since the beginning of the season, or did you start out as a red tag?

Well I'm in Zone 4 Area 2. And there has not been much turnover in our area. Maybe 2 or 3 at the most.

Josh, I started during training week as the ATL of Villian although i never worked there because neither lead was there for double loop so i was acting TL over there since i worked it the year before. After working there for the first two weekends they promoted me up to TL of HEad Spin and I've been there ever since :-)
