No, the washers/dryers take a card that you have to buy at the REC Center. You have to put money on the card. I think the card costs $3.00 or something like that; then you put money on the card to do your laundry.

What about Cedars and Golds laundry?? Are those quarter machines or do you need to purchase cards for those as well??

You will need to purchase a card for those as well. Pretty sure they have a place inside those dorms to purchase a card.

I asked yesterday if I purchased a laundry card at the machine at Commons Dorms, if that same card was good at Golds & the lady that works at the Rec Center said she thought the same card worked at all dorms because all of the washers/dryers are owned by the same company.
