Just got done with my first phone interview :/

just got done with the phone interview and i was soo nervous i don't even know why and i was saying alot of "um's" and "hold on let me think" eekk i know that bad right? but i should have nothing to be nervous about right and if i pass this first interview what would be next?

You don't even know if you passed the phone interview? What did the manager you talked to say at the end of the conversation? When I had my phone interview (and granted, this was a few years ago) I was not even asked any serious interview-type questions. It was basically "Are you okay with being on your feet all day and doing a lot of walking?" I said "Yup!" and the manager said "Great, I'll get your contract mailed out to you soon."

I guess they have gotten stricter about the interview process...which makes sense. But the manager you talked to didn't give any indication as to whether they would hire you or not? That's odd.

I was told right away "okay, I'm going to schedule you for an in person interview" and then he set up the in person. Who was your phone interview with?
