Just finished my over the phone interview. What now??

I willing to work them days. On the application it said if I needed any days off for vacation and such and i said a few days around my birthday. My app is under review right now. They say they should get me a call back with more questions and let me know if I have the job or not.

Well, now you wait until they call you back. What date were you scheduled to process in?

They said if I get the job I would process in on May 8th.

I had my over the phone interview and the guy said that he would give my application to the hiring managers and call me back in a few days to let me know if I have the job or not. I was wondering if by me putting to take of days for my birthday on my application hurting my chances of getting hired?

If you don't get hired right off you might be put on a wait list because some people never show up or they end up quitting.
