My friend invited me to go to Cedar Point with his brother and dad, and my other friend for my first Cedar Point trip of the year.

We arrived at the Point at like 9:50. It was a perfect day, clear and about 78. Top Thrill Dragster was scheduled to be open today, yay! We hopped on the Sky Ride and headed to the back. We hit Magnum, Gemini, and Mean Streak, which were all walk-ons. I did not like Mean Streak this time, the Trim Brakes grabbed so much that we almost stalled on the first turn. We then headed over to Millenium and got a stamp. We rode Iron Dragon and Mantis. Mantis was awesome! We then hopped on the Sky Ride and waited about 25 minutes for Wicked Twister and then ate at Johny Rockets (great food!).

Then we went back on the Sky Ride to get a TTD stamp. While we were waiting in line my friend noticed that a train hadn't launched in a while. They then came over the megaphone and said it was down, bummer! We got a stamp anyway. We then used our Millenium stamp and bypassed a 1 1/2 hour wait. I noticed that the trains were stacking so much! They would send a train, and the train would get back without the next train leaving the station, and it wasn't because of guests not fitting. MF was an awesome ride, and even better was when we got off we noticed that TTD was running again! We then hopped back on the Sky Ride and rode maXair, that ride is so awesome!! I was seat 41, and it was a good ride! We then went back on Sky Ride and used our TTD stamps. We bypassed a 1 hour wait. It was my friend and his dad's first ride, and they loved it! We then went on the red side of Power Tower, then headed over to Raptor which was a 15 minute wait. We waited for the front row, and it was the best ride on Raptor! We then headed over and waited 20 minutes for maXair (seat 15). And then waited about 25 minutes for Wicked Twister. We then headed back towards the back and rode the red side of Power Tower again and then waited about 15 minutes for Magnum. We then made a loop around Frontier Trail and looked for a short line, and we decided to ride Raptor, which had a 15 mniute wait. It was about 8 and my feet were killing me, so we left the park, and got Wendy's on the ride home.

Overall, probably my favorite trip to Cedar Point yet!

I just rode Sky Ride for the first time last week. I really liked it! It had no wait, and it gave a great view of Raptor and the guests below. I think I will have to ride it more often!

Sky ride is my best Friend. It broke down for 5 mins while i was on it and i got a free pass for MF and got through a 2 hour line in 5 minutes.

Cool. Skyride is a pretty cool ride to get a good view of the park. I wish they had a ride that went all the way to the back though. (other than the train becuase you usually wait a while for it, atleast in my experiences). *** Edited 6/28/2005 3:01:15 AM UTC by Kyle Dersch***
