Shhhhh...Don't tell anyone this. The best weekend to go, if you want light crowds, is the weekend after Labor Day weekend. While you don't have the Halloweekends attractions, you do get to see them getting ready. I have never seen so many bundles of hay/straw piled up near the SC lot
