July 13th and 14th (I know, it's late. It's long too)

This TR is really starting on the 12th and ending on the 15th, but my days in the park were the 13th and 14th.

This trip was my first to CP ever! Ok, so I woke up at 7:30, took a shower, and then came downstairs to go take a look at the live web cam. It looked rainy, and I was so mad. But, I knew that it would clear up. So, got into the car about 9:30 and got to the airport say about 10:30, got some French fries from Burger King, and then waited for my plane to come.

The plane arrived, and it was SMALL. I bumped my head getting into the seat, but, I knew it was worth it. We arrived at Toledo Airport, and got our limo ride to Hotel Breakers. On the way, I fell asleep, and when I woke up, I asked my mom, “Are we there yet?” And, she said, “We’re in Sandusky.” So, I got really excited! I was looking at these houses thinking that they are so lucky to live that close to Cedar Point. I saw about 8 signs that said something like ‘Cedar Point ahead’. So, finally, after about 20 minutes of looking for it, I saw Cedar Point! I saw MF and TTD from across the lake.

So, the first coaster I saw up close was Blue Streak, then Mean Streak, and then we drove under Magnum, which I thought was really cool. So, we got to Hotel Breakers, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby, so I was dying. So, we got into the room, and the room description said non-view, so I was thinking it was going to be a brick wall, but I had the best view. I saw all of the rides on the Top Thrill Dragster Midway, and Millennium Force. We got changed and went out to the Magnum entrance.

I was looking around and thinking awesome! We took a shuttle from the hotel to Famous Dave’s. Whoa, that was a lot of food! I love that place! So, we went back to the Magnum entrance and took some pics. We went back to the hotel and got 2 2-day tickets. We got into the room and tried to go to sleep. I could not fall asleep. I was too excited.

Day 1

I woke up at 5:30 to see the coasters right in the morning. They looked great.

We took a shuttle to the Marina entrance and we were first in line to get in! I was not moving. We heard the Star Spangled Banner, and I was so happy that my amazing day was about to begin. The guy took my ticket, and I was off.

I ran straight to Millennium Force, and was third in line! It was down, so we waited a little. Then they let us in. I got second train of the day, front left. We got to the top, and I threw my hands up, and went down the first drop, and it was so awesome because my eyes watered. I had a good first ride, and went over to TTD.

I waited about 45 minutes for TTD, but it was worth it. I wasn’t going to get front seat because of the wait. I know it would have been worth it, but, my mistake.

I went over to maXair, and waited about 30 minutes and I got seat 38. And I was kinda bummed, but it was still really fun!

Then, I headed over to Mantis with about a 20-minute wait. I hated that ride, it beat my ears up.

Then I went to go ride Gemini. Blue side was first. I was awesome that it was a walk-on each time I went on. Then I rode Red side.

Then, I rode Magnum. I waited for what I thought was the ejector seat, but I was wrong, so I didn’t have that good of a ride.

It was about 1:30, so we headed back to Hotel Breakers, and I felt I had a bad case of umm…... diaper rash. We went to TGI Friday’s, and the service was terrible. It took forever in there. So, me and my dumb thinking, it was about 3:15, and I thought that they would still be giving out MF freeways, and when I heard that they weren’t, I was so mad! So, I went over to TTD to see if they were giving freeways out anymore, and I saw that they weren’t, so I was even more mad!

It started to rain, so you can imagine how mad I was then. So we waited in some arcade until it stopped.

I just decided to wait in line for them then. So, I walked over to Millennium Force and waited 30 minutes for another great ride. Then headed over to Iron Dragon. It started to rain. So, I waited at the Iron Dragon exit for about 15 minutes until it stopped raining. Thankfully, that was the last of the rain we saw on our trip.

I headed over to Disaster Transport. I really liked the line. I got up to some stairs I think, and then I saw a bunch of people getting out of line, so some woman went to the front and asked what was going on, and she said they said it would be another hour and a half, so I got out of line. That was 30 minutes down the drain.

So, we went on the Space Spiral to get some good views. I was looking around, and then I heard some guy say, “Hey look, it didn’t make it.” So, I saw my first TTD rollback! My mom didn’t believe me that they happen, so I was like booyah!

We saw that Raptor was running, so I waited about 20 minutes for that. I didn’t like it. It was good until we got to the Cobra Roll. I felt some brown stuff (not poop) splatter in my face, so I was like “eww.” Then the corkscrews hurt my feet really bad. But that was probably because they were already hurting. Then the helix hurt me even more. Next time, I’ll go early. I might like it more then.

Power Tower’s line was short, so I went and rode Space Shot. I got a good TTD view.

I went over to TTD and waited about an hour for an awesome night ride. It broke down so that added 15 minutes to my 45-minute wait.

We went over to see Snoopy’s Summer Spectacular. Then, I headed over to Millennium Force, waited 30 minutes, and had an awesome night ride.

My mom and I staggered back to the hotel, and I fell right to sleep.

Day 2

I could not wake up. I woke up way too late. We were waiting for a shuttle to the Magnum entrance to go on TTD, and I heard the Anthem, so I was like “oh no.” So we walked over there, and TTD was down, so I got a freeway stamp for 4-5. So, I was walking over to MF when my diaper rash got to the point that I could not move. So, my mom had to get me some sunscreen to put on it, and it made it better. So, I rode Millennium Force with about a 30-minute wait, and then rode it again with a 30-minute wait. Then I went over to TTD and had my longest wait of the 2 days. An hour and a half, and, once again, because it broke down. But, it was still a good ride.

Then, I headed back over to MF and had another good ride. We were hungry, so we went over to Johnny Rockets to eat, and on the way there, I was looking at Wicked Twister, and what do I see? Legs! I was so happy that it was open, so I ran there and had a great ride in the second to last seat.

We went over to Johnny Rockets, and there was a 45-minute wait, so we were going over to Coasters, but then we thought that it would probably be the same, so we went to Midway Market instead. They have really good food!

Next was Millennium Force. God I love this ride!

Then I headed over to White Water Landing. I love that drop! Then, I tried to find the entrance to Mean Streak, but I got lost, so I skipped it.

So then, I went over to Gemini. Once again, Gemini was a walk-on. It was awesome! I liked Blue side better, so I rode that twice.

I went to the Monster line, and then some woman in it said that it takes a long time to load, so I decided to come back to it later.

It was like 4:30, so I went to TTD to use my freeway. Well, it broke down, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. It was still an awesome ride. And, I got to go on with a first timer, so that was really fun.

We took the Sky Ride over to Wicked Twister. This time, I waited for front seat. It was so awesome! Then I waited 15-20 minutes for maXair, but it was worth it, because I got seat #2!!! I was so happy. That ride was awesome.

I then went over to Chaos. That ride stinked. I didn’t even do one full flip.
So, I went over to BS, which was a walk-on, and had a really fun ride in the second row.

I went over to MF again, and waited 30 minutes for a good dusk ride.

Then I went over to Monster. That thing took a really long time to load. But, the ride was fun.

I then went to Gemini. Blue side wasn’t running. It had to have been because there was barely anyone riding. They even had to close half of the red train. So I had 3 fun rides on Gemini.

Then, I headed over to MF for my last CP ride. I waited 45 minutes for an awesome way to end my trip.

I’m not going to bother you with the details of my trip back, except for, my flight on Friday got canceled, so I had to take a different flight on Saturday morning.

Final count:

Millennium Force – 8
Top Thrill Dragster – 4
Gemini – 7
Wicked Twister – 2
maXair – 2
Magnum – 1
Blue Streak – 1
Raptor – 1
Iron Dragon – 1
Power Tower Space Shot – 1
Mantis – 1
White Water Landing – 1
Space Spiral – 1
Chaos – 1
Monster – 1
Sky Ride – 1

Oh, and btw, DO NOT go to weather.com to find the weather out for your CP trip. It said that it would be raining all the time when I was there. It only rained 2 small times. If I’d listened to weather.com, I would have missed out on one of the best times of my life.

Great to see you had a good time. Seems like MF had really short waits.

101 on Magnum and counting...

Judging from all of the "So's" and "Then's", you're still ecstatic about your trip. ;)

Glad you had a great time! P.S. That's one heckuva ride count! 8 times for MF and 7 for Dragster? You must have been pretty lucky, linewise.

Not that lucky. 8 for MF and 4 for TTD. I had 7 for Gemini.

Seems lucky, or maybe it's normal and I have horrible luck everytime I go. When I went I only got 4 MF and 2 Top Thrill. Well, I went at more of a leisurly speed. And a Limo? I rode in a squashed durango.

Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.

Yea, the limo was great. It was $65 there, and $65 back.
