I have a regular season pass... I also buy the joe cool club, and the parking pass...

The Joe Cool Club is practically a joke now... back the first year I got a season pass, (2002) it sucked... my sister had it for the 2001 season, and said it was awesome.

If they would go back to the 2001 way, it'd be perfect.

This night-ride with the Joe Cool Club thing I think it a joke too... How are they gonna know? I mean, they gonna check every single person? What a waste of time! We're gonna be annoyed by it the first time they run it!

Yes.. they check you.. it's the same process they use on employee ride nights.. no id.. no ride..

Why is it a joke. It is great getting in half hour early.
I went to one of the JCC ride nights, and had great fun, including two TTD rides in the space of 20 minutes. However, since I'm often at the park with small kids, the extra ride time isn't of much value to me. What *is* of *great* value is the portable parking pass.

When are the JCC ride nights held?

C.P. Visits in 2003: 20
Dragster Rides: 18 (2 Front Row)

There were 2 early in the year in 2003, I don't think they've announced the 2004 dates yet. I definitely think JCC is well worth your money, even if it's just for the 2 late night ERT. I made both of them, and they were a blast...you can't beat repeatedly getting off of MF's exit station and not even having to walk around to get back on.

Not to mention if you bought a combo pass before Nov. 15 they gave you Joe Cool Club for free. Thats what I call a good deal considering the combo passes were offered at a reduced price of $135 during that period.

2003 Season Visits: 42 Dragster: 27 Rollbacks:0

Is it worth it to get JCC even if you are staying at a hotel. I don't really care about the discounts, just the ERT, and if I'm not mistaken, it is the same ERT as resort guests. The only other reason I'd get the pass is to get the ERT at night, so if anyone has any new info about the ERT nights please post. Thanks.

You haven't ridden Top Thrill Dragster until you have been on a rollback.
The Joe Cool Club benefits page does not list night ERT for this year.

I know that, but what I want to know is if the ERT for the resort guests is the same for JC.

Yes, resorts and joe cool get the same ETR, I get inner joy of listening to resort guests complain about it too.

Back in 2001, JCC got in a hour early, I dont mind hotel guests getting in a half hour early, but why not give us JCC a bit of a better advantage with ERT in the morning? Although I do like the ride signs posted at all entrances so we have a better idea as to which rides are running for ERT.

Plus we used to get a cheaper meal rate at Midway Market, not anymore :-(

Because the Resorts guests are contributing much more than your $15 to the bottom line, that's why.

I dont doubt that resort guests spend a lot on their stay (which that is their choice), but I am sure that if I add up all my spending I do with CP, I would outspend them considerably! It is not how much you contribute to CP, I initially thought that JCC was a "huge bonus" for season pass holders. Like I stated earlier, let JCC in an hour early, and the resort guests can keep their half hour.

Personally, I think last year's JCC could have been even better than in 2001 if they had kept up with the night time ERT and had more than just the two Fridays in May. That would be an awesome deal, geting in 30 minutes early every morning, and then having 2 days a month where you can stay an hour to an hour and a half past closing for JCC only ERT.

Funny, I always thought CP was a business, not a loyalty club that rewarded people for paying the *least* per admission.
