Alright. So as I have said in previous posts, I have been visiting Cedar Point once a year, every year since I was born! That being said I feel like I know the park inside and out. I have an intense obsession with the place and love to learn about as I am sure all of you do! But after reading many posts here it is safe to say that many of you know worlds more than me. So let's share some cedar point secrets! From money saving tips to what do to after hours.
Personally, we always bring food for breakfast and lunch every year then eat dinner at famous Dave's or Tomo! This saves us an impense amount of cash! This is no rocket science but home fully it helps!

I don't think I've been gone long enough to reveal some of my secrets.
"You can dream, create, design and build the most wonderful place in the world...but it requires people to make the dreams a reality."
-Walt Disney
I am also deeply obsessed with Cedar Point. I visit this site every day, more than once. My family thinks I'm strange for being so involved into CP. I know all the coaster heights and speed statistics. I love CP and always will. Someday I want to be CEO of CP!

I don't think I will be looking at the bounce house with as much innocence anymore! ;)
Could a secret be to not go when I'm going? Helps me out a lot for less people in line...
Soak City Parking lot, Start with rides in the back first, and also the restroom near soak city with the best hand dryers.
I've got a secret, I'll be there in 10 hours, shhh.
The story is that two employees have "hooked up" in there before.
Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!
I've sometimes told the parking attendants that I'm headed to Soak City, when really, I just want to park over there. Shhhhh.....don't tell!
The path you tread is narrow, and the drop is sheer and very high.

I do that in October. They give me strange looks...
... You can't tell ANYBODY this... but, the last time I went to Cedar Point, I stayed in Camper's Village, and they let me get into the park an hour earlier than people with general admission tickets!
...please do not tell!

Referring to the Famous Dave's part of Megs original post, yes. to a lot of people it is a secret. I know plenty of people who go to CP each year, yet have no idea there are places to eat just outside of the gates, like Friday's and Dave's.
My little secret......hide beer and mini bottles of wine in your cooler UNDER the ice and layer with Gatorade bottles and water bottles over it. they may check your cooler but dont go digging through it. Not to get drunk at all but a beer or two with a few snacks for a break save tons of money and can be a nice break from everything.
With hour waits at those restaurants, and listings in the brochures, they're not a very good secret.
