Well I'd say that the big belly is in a different category as mine and 1eyedjack's. I doubt that he posed for that one lol.

As for the obscene gestures policy, I would think it has always been in place. That picture is from closing weekend of last year. I guess since the Magnum photo booth workers put it up and allowed us to buy it, it wasn't deemed obscene.

Ahhh okay just feel I have to back up Kevin on this one. It's real; saw it with my own two eyes. :)

nice pic mk. I think it's definitely Magnum, and from my standpoint I think the bird is real. Looks real enough to me, but it looks like it might be a bit inebriated...

Unless it's the backseat of the blue train, or they're really tall, almost everyone fits on magnum.

oh Kevin your jokes crack me up. ;)

You guys/gals crack me up sometimes... Its not "photoshopped" at all.

There are two light sources present in this photo, Flash and Sun. It is possible to have more than one shadow you know. The shadow the bird makes is pretty much what a flash would make, im sure you all have seen crappy flash shadows in your photos. As for the people in the train with no expression to a bird in their face... I want to see you react to a bird that is probably intersecting the train rather than flying towards your face, it would be unexpected and a humans reaction time is not that fast to begin with. This is a once in a lifetime shot, completely possible but very very very rare.

You guys/gals sound like diggers ;)

Why would there be trees where should be a lake? Lake Erie is behind the bowtie track section.

^ wrong. There are some trees behind the pretzel turn.

I think it is the real deal. I don't think the bird was photoshopped. To me it looks like the bird is flying right-side up and at that moment is starting to dive down and towards the camera to avoid collision. Most birds necks are completely flexable. Not all birds, but I believe the seagull's are for sure.

The fact that it's a seagull makes it that much more believable because they are everywhere at the Point. If someone is just messing around making a joke, would they really take the time to find a seagull to place on that picture?

Yes, to answer your question. That's one of the reasons why Photoshop is so popular. People do spend the time to find out of place objects and put them into pictures where they don't belong.

There's no true proof supporting this picture either way minus one or two employees who claim to have seen this picture show up on the monitors, and not calling them a liar, but you have to admit it's hard not to question the picture.

Owner, Gould Photography.

i do have to say i was the team leader that season and it really did happen the bird landed right in the train and came back in the station laying on the floor of the car. we had to go and get the photo from the photo booth to make the incident report as it hit the guy smack in the face it was quite and interesting event that day.

HOLY ZOMBIE POST BATMAN! ;)

Beeeeehhhhhhh!!!!!

I've been duly inspired.

To the tune of Simon and Garfunkel's "Sounds of Silence":

Hello thread of the undead,
You've come to bother us again.
All these years, to think, you were sleeping,
From the thread-grave now you are creeping.
The discussion that was excised from our brains,
Is back again.
Now comes Jeff's sound of, "SILENCE!!!11!!11!"

:)
