Is this Magnum?

You're seeing two sources of light, remember - one being the sun, the other the flash from the camera.

So PKevin, if it wasn't photoshopped, then I assume the girl and the bird did not have a face to face encounter? (which is impossible in the birds supposed trajectory of flight...upside down)

The bird is not upside down, unless the people, ride and planet are similarly upside down.

Perhaps its the way I'm looking at it or the bird just has a weird angle to its head. I don't study seagulls though, so I really don't know how flexible their necks are. But its head is completely upside-down in reference to its body...

The bird is contorted, obviously, but one look at its left wing makes it pretty clear which end is up, generally speaking.

mk522 - where do you think your head would go if you were smacked by a train doing 40+ mph?

I couldn't tell if the bird had been hit by the train by that picture alone. Good detective work.

And honestly, I don't know where my head would go, you're comparing a seagull to a human. Apples to oranges.

So, lets make it official: the bird is not upside-down.

Well, I was inferring that the train and passengers were one item, as I don't think it would really matter which part hit you, but it would still hurt (especially if you were a bird).

There's 1 other thing that is throwing me off, and its the lack of reaction from the girls. But I think the easiest explanation is that they aren't the ones being hit by the bird, therefore they are not reacting to it (yet).

To me, it looks like his hand is sort of in a position that could be thought of as being in reaction to the bird hitting them or coming close..

My two friends have another great one. It's them on Mean Streak, and under their zip up jackets, one of them had a shirt that said "Mean Streak", and the other had a shirt that says "Sucks"... as they passed the camera they opened their jackets and gave a huge grin. It turned out great!

To the subject-

To me it looks like Magnum if you look between the girl and guy you can clearly see the orange seatbelts, and the pretzel in the background. Although, I don't know how this picture was taken because isn't the On-Ride Photo in the tunnel and not outside? Correct me if I'm wrong...

Its just before the tunnel.
