There are persistent rumors that due to the Affordable Care Act, seasonal employees at Cedar Point will be capped for total hours worked this year. My daughter will be working as a first-year sweep this year and she is kind of freaking out, since she left her current job for the prospect of big hours. Does anyone have a concrete answer as to whether or not this is true?
...and "call HR" is not a really good solution at this point, they are so busy they don't know if they found a rope or lost their horse!
