As much as I love Dave and Buster's, I think having it at CP would backfire. Here in Philly the main D&B is mostly adults, with some kids. At a place like CP, it would just be an extension of the amusement park, meaning that there would be many, many children there with their parents, which would kind of defeat the purpose of it being an "nightspot" (Not that I have anything against kids, but I spend every day working with K-3rd graders and night time is adult time!!!)
It's always time for a Cedar Point road trip!
Not to mention that I believe you have to be accompanied by an adult at Dave and Busters if you're 16 or under.

Actually its 21 and under. Anyone under 21 has to be with someone over 25.
A more sensible plan (I believe Gameworks does this) is no one under 21 after a certain time.
Alcohol, drugs, and sex is easier for people under 21 to get than getting into an arcade. Other than the movie theater, there's not much to do for that age group.

Did a quick search to find that D&B's rule is "minors must be accompanied by an adult, with each adult assuming responsibility for no more than four minors." Perhaps it's just our local D&B that does the weird thing with 16 year-olds... Because I know I'm good being older than 16, as long as I'm not there after 10.

I was joking about the D&B. I'd never want to see one of those at Cedar Point.

A D&B does not make much sense at Cedar Point. The main arcade has basically the same redemption games as D&B and the gaming areas seem to be about the same size. I do agree that a night spot is needed, but in a different venue than a D&B.
Thought I'd post here instead of starting something new. Will there be a significant leadership change anytimne soon? Kinzel is a great guy, but as we all know the company is long overdue for a transfer of power...
I think we will see Kinzel as CEO until they get the debt issue taken care of. But I think he will always be involved with Cedar Fair until he dies.

I think I'm just going to go back to the original question and say that without a doubt we will see him again for 2007.

Kinzel will not likely see the end of long-term Cedar Fair debt in his lifetime.
