1. Heading up the right side of the tower, the train will roll 90 deg to the right and then yaw forward, coming to the crest of the tophat and facing West.
2. This is where it gets fuzzy but I think that the train now comes OFF the tower into a dive toward the W or SW and into at least an overbanked turn (on Mille Island?, Directly over the Lagoon?, I don't really know). There may be other elements as well.
3. Heading roughly East, the train comes back toward the tower, crests a final hill (at about 250 feet) and then dives sharply while rolling to the right so that it picks up the straight track that goes South near ID.
4. A final overbanked u-turn (like MF) and the train is heading North again, coming into the station.
Now, that sounds like a fun ride!! It's that weirdly angled support on the lagoon side of the tower that has led me to the above ideas. And again, I agree with Big D that you can't simply have twistage that is so very close to the tower.

you will notice that the support will attach on the inside of the curve, thus making it non-inverted.
I'm all but completely certain that this is the top of the tophat.
