Interview question

I just had my interview with Brian short a couple of hours ago, and have a Skype interview with him on Tuesday, what should I expect for the Skype interview?

Skype interviews are new this year. But my advice is to just be yourself and let them know how good of an employee you can be!

...and express enthusiasm and your passion for the park.

Man, I was hoping for something like Magnum, but windseeker looks fun! lol

Magnum has a full crew ;) I was hoping for maggie or Iron Dragon... But you get what you get. All I know is there are only 4 of us working windseeker so far :) lol.

Lol, fair enough, I'll take what I can get, like you said, and get the great experience out of it (so long as the skype interview goes well on Tuesday!) and then maybe next year I'll apply early and try to get the ride I want. :)

It's simple and very basic just be yourself and be enthusiastic

I applied very early, from what I've heard from 3th-4th year is that the hiring managers used to ask however they now just "assign based on staffing needs" which... honestly is what it is.

I would also suggest dressing up. Doesn't have to be too fancy. I dressed in my white button shirt. I would also suggest having a nice backdrop. I chose the dining room in my house. Everything went well with my Skype interview and hope it does for you too!

Steve interviewed me & I just wore a polo during the Skype interview.

Backdrop and shirt is most important. I didn't wear pants... as long as you don't stand up nbd. actually I went out of my way to not wear pants just so I could say I did an interview without pants.

Made all the space behind me look really nice. Hope the interview went well!

Tim: That is a really creepy story, but honestly who could say that they did an interview with no pants? LOL.

You will do fine lol about that story tim. The hiring managers are all cool and easy going. Just smile and show them your love for cedar point. They hire just about anyone as long as your not a crazy

So, Skype interview went fine, I even got a job offer! i start processing in on May 4th! :)
