Interview games..

Without an email or phone interview, I automatically got a Skype interview, is that good? Does that mean I have a good chance? If that's not a dumb question.

I did not go though the whole skype thing last season because it is new. But last season i applied on 1/31/201 then had the interview like 15 hours after and got the job.Games is very fun to work if you like to work with people and guests. Who are you having the skype interview with?

Katy was my hiring manager last season so most likely you will be at the front of the park where you get out last games is one of the last departments to close so one more hour on the clock.
Katy is nice but strict at the same time.Pretty much you have the job if you have an interview already

I have an interview with her tomorrow afternoon. I am really excited! I do love interacting with people as well so I am actually pretty excited about potentially getting this position over a ride host.

I have interviews with Katy Brisson and Dan Austin who are both in games. Which one do you recommend I contact? I will probably contact both but I mean, who is better?

Also, I was really hoping for a job as a ride host so could I still somehow do ride host? Or just games. And if I end up just doing games? How is it? Do you at least move from station to station? Because I'm not good with standing in the same place for hours? I'd like a little movement.

I would contact Katy because she is the 2nd in charge in the department and she is very nice when you get interviewed

And no you can not leave from your box unless for bath room breaks and your hour and half a hour.And if you want to do rides so bad wait to see what happens.Because i wanted to do rides last season but my application got reviewed by katy jason and dan all the same day.

Oh perfect that makes me really pumped because like the other person said I love interacting with people and one extra hour, more money right (; I'm excited and I have an interview at 130 with her tomorrow!

what kind of questions do they ask you during the interview? Dan Austin check my application and send a note on jobnet about having an interview whether it's in-person or Skype. I emailed him that i'm interested and want to have a Skype interview with him. Games is my 3rd job choice though, so I have already had an interview with ride ops via phone. Guess I didin't do so well. lol.

The interview is pretty standard to any other interview I have had. This interview will focus more on how well you interact with guests. The better skills you have for that, the better the chance of you getting hired.

I was in your shoes last year games was my last one and i got hired by them but i am in rides this season instead HAVE FUN IN GAMES!!!

what are the working hours are like for a day? Is there any days where you have a day off?

Well in the beginning of the season you will be working Open to Close everyday for a good month and then in June thats when your hours go down for like a month i was only working 4 hours a day and that sucked.But its because of the internationals they need to work 40 hours a week.So that kinda sucks,You also get 1 day off a week but i know last year in area 2 they had 2 days off during the peak of the season.But in august that's when .I got my hours back and what i mean by that i mean my open to close shifts.Or the afternoon shift which is the 230- close shift so that is about 7 hours.Which is always fun
