Interview difference

I see a lot of people saying they had over the phone interviews, then others in person. Mines is in person, whats the difference in the interview processing? why does some people have to go in & others don't?

If you are a first year employee, you are required to have an in person interview or skype interview. Returners usually have phone interviews.
