Interview

When you have the offsite in-person interviews, is it the hiring manager you had your phone interview with (in my case, Steve), or a different person? I think it's the same person but I wanted to be sure.

That all depends if the hiring manager in question is scheduled to attend that set of interviews. They alternate events. It will be someone from the same department.
