So, I applied to CP for the summer in the regular app. I was also heavily interested in internships. How are they, do they pay?
I did see a list of e-mails on who to talk too, so I will probably send out e-mails to those people with my resume/cover letter.
Any extra info would be great!
Well on the app. for a non-internship I applied for ride-op/on-ride photo booth/resort for my top 3.
For internships I am interested in Ride Operations or Resorts (open minded though)...
I also did check the box on the app. for "being interested in an internship."

How is operating a ride an internship? I'm confused.
The way it worked for me last year seems to be the way CP handles internships in general. First of all, you need to be a student with an internship requirement.
I am a Culinary Arts major with specific requirements for my degree; I have to land my own job and it must relate to my degree, the employer has to enter into an agreement regarding what the job will be and that they will provide an evaluation of my job performance, I have to get in 240 hours, etc.
Some of the folks on here inquiring about internships seem to have the concept confused with apprenticeships, which are a different thing altogether. To my knowledge, CP does not offer anything like that - they just cooperate with co-op and internship programs, typically for college degrees.
I hope this helps, and good luck!
