Interesting photos...

No, I don't mean to steal bandwidth. That pisses me off when people do it to me.

If a page is publically viewable, it's there for all to see. It's only rude to link to a public page if it's going to be causing a lot of traffic that will increase the user's (perhaps I should have said "owner's") bandwidth cost.

Since the Webshots gallery is public and the owner isn't paying for the bandwidth... link away.

All you have to do is replace the photo location and upload a "floppy" in it's old spot. ;)

Leechers beware.

I found a MySpace of an old friend not too long ago. I found enough information to steal his identity and get a credit card in his name.

I still couldn't find an email because apparently that is too personal or something. :)

So did you get a credit card with a decent credit limit on it? ;)

If you go through Myspace.com, a good number of profiles of people under 21 include pictures of them drinking. Not only do they think their parents won't read/look, but I guess authorities too?

It would seem that unless the picture shows the alcoholic beverage actually entering their mouth, the "evidence" wouldn't hold up in court, at least with a decent lawyer. The same could be said for blogs - you can say whatever you want, and later claim it was fictional or exaggerated. Gotta love that free speech thing.

This is not to say that these youngster's are using this chain of logic when "deciding" to post this stuff, but at least it works in their defense, since I'm sure most of the post are motivated by stupidity & immaturity.

I've seen quite a many where they have beer bongs or are sipping glasses of alcohol. Pretty moronic if you ask me.

Though couldn't a clever lawyer put the burden on the prosecution to actually prove that the liquid is alcoholic?

I do realize that its idiotic regardless, but this is always something that I've been curious about myself.

Yes, probably. But still, why put yourself in that situation? It's not very intelligent.

Our generation sucks.

I would hope to God that the local police have something better to do than troll blog and online photo sites looking for minors drinking or someone taking a couple hits. If they do have someone doing that, I think I found a way to trim a little fat from the budget.
