I'm Confused
While this has been answered elsewhere...
TL = Team Leader; in charge of a single location including scheduling breaks, training, paperwork, etc.
ATL = Assistant Team Leader; same duties, but more responsible for closing the location (TLs will open) and in case the TL isn't there.
