If my start date is June 14th, is that considered too late?

I applied yesterday to work at Cedar Point over the summer, however, I don't finish high school until May 28th and my graduation ceremony is June 12th. Therefore I put June 14th as my start date. Does the fact that I applied a month and a half after the start of the applications being accepted or the fact that I cant start until a little under a month when the park actually opens hurt my chances of getting a job there? What do you think my chances are?

I would say this depends on when your end date is. They hire all throughout the season so as long as you are willing to work most of the weekends you should be fine.

2010: Back to the 12E!!!!

A lot of kids that go to school at Ohio State get out late like that, too. Shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you guys, that brings me some hope =]

I started June 10th last year, because I didn't graduate until the 6th, so no you're fine.

2009: Wicked Twister

Mines June 14th too.

well if you guys work the weekends it really shouldnt matter i graduate june 3rd and start june 4th
