if anyone needs a room to rent

I have heard on the sandusky police scanner lately that there are alot of Cedar Point employees stuck without a place to stay cause they are out of housing or such, well my husband and i have talked he have a 4 bedroom house in sandusky, that we would be willing to rent out one of our rooms to a C.P. employee for the summer, ( i am a CP employee and we live down by the ferry docks) we have 2 children also. I think you heard wrong. The 1400(boys) and 1300(girls) buildings have not even opened yet. Not to mention Cedars and Gold. Plus all of the Commons apartments have not been filled yet. The big rush this season will be Sunday, May 2nd. That is when the 1400 building most likely will open.

So Cedar Point is Not out of housing for there employees. It was nice of you to offer a place to stay, but im pretty sure no one will be with out a room or place to stay.

um excuse me 1. it was not imply on any such thing, it was a jester to ppl that can possible happen! I have lived in this town all my life I know what Can happen I am NOT implying it WILL. you know i quite dont understand ppl now a days u try to do something nice and it gets smacked in your face by some "child" that cant keep quite when a post is not intended for them, I am a mother, a wife and a good person that made a post to POSSIBLE help someone that is a co employee with me @ CP. It is Not a easy decision to open your own personnal space and invite someone you dont know to share your home with you for a few months, it's something that requires alot of thought. A requires someone of a good heartI really do hope that the few ppl that did respond to this post, is not by far a employee at CP and if they are well shame on them for hiring them..This post was NEVER intend for a debt or a arguement, This is just a fact of life that SOMETIMES someone comes to this city and are stuck without some where to stay, so in further if the post doesnt pretain to you then don't reply be a adult and move on to a new thread..
