I won't get hired will I...

So I had an over the phone interview today and at the end the manager said he was going to pass my application onto another department because im not the what he's looking for. Well something along those lines. Anyway, I prob won't get hired will I?

Not by that manager necessarily, but don't get discouraged, if that was your first job choice and first interview, you still have two of your top choices left :p Best of luck!
