I Need Help!

Hey all.....I am checking in April 22 which is just around the corener. I am working in Traffic Operations and I can't wait but I wanted to know somethings before I came, I am worried what exactly happends right when you get their where do you park do you drive to the park as if you were going to go and ride the rides. I am very worried I wanted to find a roomate and I need one soon. I wanted to find someone from this site maybe coming from MI or OH. I am 18-male-romeo,michigan. I can use any advice you can give thanks!!!!!!!

Go to the park as if you were to ride rides, but at the tollbooth, tell whomever is working that you are processing in! They will direct you to human resources! Once you get to Human resources everyone there will take good care of you! they'll direct you were you need to go! As far as the roomate thing, You're on your own

Well thanks for that the roomate thing is scarey any ideas about where to find one...I just dont wanna end up with the crazys as roomates.
you can ask for preferances(i.e. smoker, nonsmoker) and things of that nature, but unless you know somebody that'll be working there, its a 50/50 chance that you'll room with someone you can get along with.if you move in and you don't like your roommate, I believe if there are open rooms you can switch, but you'd have to check with the Housing Department on that.
Cool thanks for your help...if there is anyone else out their with advice it would be great!!!!!
Get an apartment there are so many people in there your bound to find someone you like

Hi Matt, I really can't help you about the roommate thing (since I'm a girl and the rooms aren't coed, unfortunately ;o) Like Entering said, it is pretty much a 50/50 chance of whether or not your roommate(s) will be cool. (If you're in a dorm you'll have 1-3 roommates, in an apartment you can have up to 15 roommates). You'll find that a lot of the folks at Cedar Point are nice, or at the very least, tolerable. I wouldn't be worried too much about who your roommate will end up being, but the good news is if you don't like who you are put with originally, you CAN change rooms. Especially since you are coming up kind of early, you should have at least three different buildings to chose from. When I first arrived last year, my roommates (or at least the one I met) was not, how should I say, someone you'd want to live with. So I simply went to the housing office and requested a different apartment, and I ended up with a bunch of really nice, friendly roommates. Or you just may find someone on this site who's processing in around the same time as you to room with - either way, good luck. I'm sure you'll have a great time this summer, see you out there!

Yea, in an apartment you will find someone you like, but, with 15 room mates, you could find bitter enemies that make your life miserable...
Well thanks you guys this all helps please keep it coming.

From those people who I've talked to who worked traffic last summer, its a totally awesome way to get into shape since you're constantly moving your arms. Hey, I would love to get paid AND improve my bod, too!
