i need advice

I had a job offer last year i couldnt make becausei didnt have enough money to get there so i was wondering can i apply again 2013 will they hire me again i told them i couldnt make it they said ok i accepted the job offer in my email sent my backgroud check and all im asking is can i work there next year since i didnt make it last year what should i do

Call and ask or email them. Hopefully you use some punctuation in your emails to them...

I would say apply and see if they call you.. put in the comments section that you couldn't make it last year due to unseen circumstances ! They may call you and if they do I would go this time. But they don't like when people do not show up. Good luck
