I haven't got my letter yet!

I got the call on March 22nd so it's been a fairly good amount of time, should I call them and see if they can send another one?! or does it take a minute for it to get to you?!

It took me about 3 weeks to get my welcome package in the mail. Some people don't even get one. Just be patient. :)

thanks! i just don't want it to come like a week for me to process in and then still no letter.

What exactly is the "welcome package"? I just got like 2 pieces of paper explainig stuff thats already on the website?

It took mine likie three weeks to get mine

some people dont even get them before they process in. they have a copy of ur contract at HR so u dont really even need it

All I got was the grooming guidelines, a pamphlet thing stating what I needed to bring, A purple paper stating which documents needed to bring, and the paper clarifying your starting date and whatnot. Roughly, I assume that's what people call the "welcome package". So that's what I called it.
