I-280 Bridge Openining Update

Ditto to that Ben. Maybe Fall Freak Out in September will be my first trip back to CP.

That or closing weekend for me. at least, thats how it looks.

I drove on it this evening on the way home from -- where else -- CP.

WOW is it impressive looking!!! The LED lighting is brilliant. The pylon was cycling through a plethora of color patterns and it was stunning. Two thumbs way up to ODOT for getting it all done.

I drove over it as well yesterday. It's not open to full capacity as it looked like they were still finishing up something in the median, but it's definitely open. Much, much better than the drawbridge or the slalom course underneath.

The bridge is scheduled to have work being done on it until September 2007.

There is still cable work to be done, but it isn't structural (as said on the news)

I drove over it sunday morning, very high, and very open. Nice View. :)

I have a question? Im going up to Cedar Point on thursday. Iwould like to know is meverick fast fun, smooth.? Or is it a painful ride? Some things can be decieving . Im your ALL opinion, Is it a good overall ride?IM going up basically because I havent been there in 4 years and Im verty curious to bee all the changes that have taken place in my absense? Well, Maverick opened in 2007, and I-280 reopened in 2007. Sooo... fair game?

I-280 can't compare to Maverick, sorry. ;)
