To answer TTD 120mph, Rt. 51 will have two names. First, when you reach the end of Washingon Street as described in bholcomb's post, you'll turn right onto Summit. Then, when you turn left to go over the bridge, it will be called Woodville. When you reach Rt. 2, I believe it is called Navarre Ave.
