How to get in contact with my manager

I was wondering alot of ppl say when they have questions for there manager they email them or they call . How did you find out your manager email address/phone number without going thought the prot on the phone.

And log into your account. Under the "my job" tab, should be your work agreement. At the bottom of that agreement, your manager should have left their email there. Or a number.
