According to Cedar Point (when I talked to them), you have to be 18 to run the rides BUT, if you have graduated high school and are not 18 yet, you can get any position that requires you to be 18.
I dont know how ROS replyed (Im going to assume she has magic powers).... but here is what Cedar Point sent me in an e-mail (that asked, specificly, about Rollercoasters):
As long as you will have graduated from high school, you would be eligible to apply for any position with a minimum age requirement of 18.
I can forward the e-mail to anyone who wants to see as well.

14-17 can work in foods (and a few other departments if I remember but hours are VERY limited and you HAVE to live in Sandusky) or 17 and having graduated high school to do rides.
19 to do any job that requires the serving of alcohol.

Before you say anything about the CP and LE Railroad...you don't operate controls there so it is fair game. This kid, however, was asking about Mean Streak, and you will definitely have to be 18 to work there.
A friend of mine couldn't work in Camp Snoopy being under 18 and graduated from high school - they told her she could transfer to the train or sweep and that was it. So please, if you don't know what you're talking about refrain from comment.
