I'm not quite sure they are over 4,000 yet. But, if they are approaching 4,000 that would include all the employees at Breakers Express, Castaway Bay, the employee housing areas, etc. Not just on-Point employees.
"You can dream, create, design and build the most wonderful place in the world...but it requires people to make the dreams a reality."
-Walt Disney
Well, I suppose it could be calculated this way...
Let's say there are 4,200 employees...they work a 6-day workweek, so there's a 1-in-7 chance that any 1 person is off that day, which means 1 worker in every 7 has the day off, so take away 1/7 of the population, leaving 3,500 working that day.
Not to be confused with Twisted Wicker 08 from 2002
Everyone works Saturday though, and you can't get those off unless your some sort of god(or have a really good excuse ;).) However, also consider that not everyone works O-C and at any given time probably only 60-70% are on duty. A Late Afternoon on a Saturday in July is probably the only time most of the workers are there and on duty.

I've gotten Saturdays off before...

2007/2008/2009: Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom - Tomorrowland Speedway
2008: Hard Rock Park - Maximum RPM! Opening Supervisor
2008/2009: Universal Orlando - Men in Black: Alien Attack Team Leader, Guest Services Coordinator
That makes perfect sense. But you'd still get the 4 points right?
