This will be my first summer at Cp, I was wondering what there is to do when not working. I am not into drinking or partying. And I do not want to bring my laptop and get it stolen. Also, is there a place where I can workout?
Sleep and Louie's
The Rec Center has some workout equipment but not much. There are lots of gyms near by.

Playing in the park, go out with your crew...
2010: Millennium Force & Mantis
2011: Raptor
2012: Raptor, Sky Ride and Wicked Twister
2013: Co-Team Leader of Sky Ride
2014: Supervisor of Slingshot/Skyscraper
If you're looking for a gym I recommend finding one close to the park. They offere decent deals for the summer to CP employees. As for what to do that doesn't involve going to Louies? The rec center has pool, ping pong, and air hockey if i remember correctly. Also T.V.'s and computers to use on your down time. You also have the park to go to whenever you'd like.
Depending on your department and staffing levels, free time may be something you have very, very little of. Aside from what's already been mentioned, there's a ton of stuff to do in the area. Playing in the park and/or Soak City is always fun, but there's all kinds of things to do and see nearby in Cleveland and Toledo. Plus you've got the Lake Erie islands right there for a fun day trip.
There's also CP sponsored employee bus trips you can partake in. In the past they've done trips to other parks like Kings Island and Kennywood, as well as trips to outlet malls, Niagara Falls, and Chicago.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

It might be a mistake to not bring your laptop. Just lock it up when you are not using it.
Are there lockers in the rooms/building for the employees to use?

lockers are only available in the commons dorms ....
You need to provide your own padlock, though.
I brought my laptop last season and I had it locked up whenever I was not using it (which was most of the time), so I definitely felt comfortable enough doing that.
As for the question what to do with your spare time ... it all depends on what you like. Alot of the CP employees like to drink and party, but if you don't, no problem.
Personally, I spent ALOT of time in the park enjoying all the rides.
My days off nearly almost always consisted of sleeping in, relaxing ... catching up on laundry and talking with friends and family back home, hanging out with a fellow crew member who also had the same day off, and then going to the park in the evenings with a friend and enjoying the rides.
You will be working alot though, so relaxing really seems to be all some people want to do in their free time.

The beach and Soak City are pretty nice places to spend a day off.

I usually slept my whole day off and then woke up at like 6 to go to the park and play around in the park and ride some rides mostly. Dragster or Millie, Or i just went on random rides. Sometimes i did not even step foot in the park

The rec center no longer has gym equipment.
AnyTime Fitness is a good place to go. As you can tell by the name of it, it's open 24 hours.
As for other spare time, there are tons of things to do on Cleveland Road and 250. Bowling, Ghostly manor, indoor waterparks (obviously Castaway Bay is free entry since you're a Cedar Fair employee), tons of food options, a mall, go play in the park, hang out on the beach, go to the waterpark and chill in the lazy river for hours. There is a lot to do and you'll be making a lot of friends so there are always options.
