There will be beds available at that time.
But probably not in Bayside.

Bayside is usually reserved for supervisors, police, Castaway Bay employees, and year-round employees since it's the only housing open all year and it's separated from the rest of Commons. I'm not saying it's impossible to get in there since I've never really tried (I like air-conditioning too much), but from what I've heard it's relatively difficult.

I've never had a problem with my employees getting in there. Back when I lived in housing, there would be a large group that would move from Bayside once Commons Dorms opened. And then again when Cedars opened. He wont really know until he gets there, none of us can say yes/no as a fact. But we both have a different opinion so he has at least heard both sides.
thank you for your help, the only reason for me asking is that my girlfriend that i live with is comming to work this year with me and we figured that the closest for us to be together would be to stay in the Bayside Apartments since they are segregated by floors instead of building.

You could both live in the 1500 building.
That is a good idea, and a lot of people on here (myself included) would probably recommend it. The 1500's are part of the Commons Dorms, and they are for males/females, separated by floors. This way, you could live in the same building, but, still get air conditioning.
