Housing?

I was wondering about bayside, when do they normally open up and when it does, how long does it take to fill up? I have been planning on living in bayside and i report april 12th so i have no clue if i will be there on time.

I love mantis, where some people think ur suppose to sit down on a stand up roller coaster!

Bayside is open all year round, i know that part and I hear it won't take long for it to fill up as it is one of the popular housing people try and get into the most. But I don't think you'll have a problem getting in with your process in date.

Hi everyone! Just wondering if May 10 is considered a "late" processing date? Also, what do you prefer for housing and why? Just hoping to learn more about housing and what people really bring down. I would like to have my playstation and PC there so I hope there are internet connections.

The internet, where is it and what kind is it?

Thanks.

Thanks for the info. With questions about housing, I now process in on May 2nd. I'm hoping to get into commons and definitely want to chat with people coming down around the same time, get to know each other and maybe request rooming together

Only connection in housing is if you pay for a dial-up from a local or national ISP.

There are some machines to use for free in the Rec Center but the lines can be long.

This has all been brought up in other threads. There is no internet provided.

I'm going to go ahead and make a suggestion for dial-up internet access if you choose to buy it at Cedar Point. WCNet is a non-profit group serving Wood county, but they do have an access number in Sandusky. You can get 4 months of dial-up access for just $48.00. www.wcnet.org if you're interested.

Yes they may have an access number in Sandusky, but being so far from the Wood County servers it would probably be slow. But the nice thing is they have a student discount. So if your going to college give them a ring at the number on the site Jeff gave you!
