Is housing open year round? Like if I wanted to work the rest of weekends and then work at Castaway until next season. Or does anyone know if Kalahari has housing and if it's year round.

Cedars, Gold, and Commons all close during the off-season. Bayside stays open year-round for Castaway Bay employees, I believe.

Cedars and Gold are close after Labor Day.

Yeah Bayside stays open all year but I'm not sure that Castaway would let you leave them to go back to the park. You may be able to stay at Bayside and work for other departments other than hotels.

And two years ago I had heard that Kalahari had housing and thats where a lot of people that either quit or were fired from CP went. But I'm not sure if they have housing now or if it's year round. You should probably e-mail them.

Living in Sandusky in the winter is pretty rough. The snow storms off of the lake are really awful and Sandusky is dead during the winter. Make your choice carefully....
