Cedar Point knew 18 months ago that Maverick wasn't going to open on time and should not have lied to them in September when they announced the ride. Once the people open their eyes and see the blatant lies that have been spewed forth by this evil company they will stop going.:drip:::::drip:
Amen! I canceled my season pass, demanded a reimbursment for my gas mileage when I got my season pass, and wrote Mr. Kinzel demanding an explanation.

Well if you look at it like this--they are opening a week later this year. So they have double the school trips to fit in in a week as opposed to the the two weeks they would normally have. As for regular people going its the same thing -- some people would have gone the week previous but now are going the week later.
Hi:
I didn't get a season pass for the first time in 5 years because of the parking pass fiasco. I went last Friday, and was amazed the park was closing so early. Now I hear they are playing with the hours? Am I incorrect to assume a large company should be able to set policy and stick to it? Sometimes it feels to me one or two people are making changes there without much conversation as to how things can affect the bottom line.

Isn't it just as easy to assume that they cut hours to to lack of attendance during this time in the past. But, now that attendance is picking up, they've decided to increase them again?
Is it just me, or does it seem like everyone is always assuming the worst. Have faith people.

What do spelling and a girl having braces have in common?
I'm confused. ;)

Ride on, MrScott!
I knew as soon as I posted that, somebody's was going to come back, "But why braces?'
It's simple. Follow the chain. Kids with braces are more likely to come from middle class or upper income families (which can afford expensive orthodontal correction). Kids with braces also tend to come from families that reinforce routine and discipline (or else they wouldn't bother fixing little Emma's overbite). And families with money and structure tend to strongly value education, and so push their kids to excel at academics. So obviously, kids that excel at academics will be better spellers than poor kids with bad teeth.
I mean, c'mon. Even a caveman could figure it out.
Sheesh.
