Anyone know roughly how many hours someone will work in games a week?

It depends completely on staffing levels. I didn't know many games employees except this one roommate of a friend of mine who was getting only five hours a week. He was pretty incredulous. They over hire since a lot of people end up leaving within their first few days or weeks. So if everyone they hire stays then it's a bit of an issue. Also if a lot of people on your crew do quit then you'll be left with a lot of hours. There were periods when I worked 7 days a week, 14 hours a day. But I was not in games.

From what I hear, games employees really don't get that many hours (opposed to ride hosts of course). But, I heard it is very easy to become in leadership in games, and you can get a lot more hours that way.

I just called my manager and she said during the slower parts of the year it's 35-40 hours and during the busier parts of the year is about 50-60.

Location would also determine your hours. For example, someone in the front of the park would probably get out a lot later than someone who works in the back of the park.

anyone know about waitresses?

At one point of the summer i only had 4 hours a day and at first i was like o well working 4 hours a day is a break from all the o-c's but then it got old real quick.I was working the house games which is connected to the warehouse and then i talked to katy which was hiring manager last season i talked about getting more hours and i ended up with more hours if was only a hour more at goblet pitch but it made a huge difference in my pay check.Any was when the internationals come in they steal your hours like crazy!! And yes games does over staff.
