Holiday Video - Possible Teaser / Clues for Future?

I don't think anyone would build a 500ft coaster. It would be pointless and the cost would be astronomical. Not to mention you would need a huge amount of space for that coaster.

Not if it's on a giant pole. :P

While Skyrush (Intamin) is my favorite coaster, my second favorite Intamin isn't even steel and is the next type of coaster I would love for Cedar Point to build. According to the ride-op, at 10 years old, El Toro hasn't even needed any re-tracking done. Blah blah blah to the cost critics. This design is so nearly perfect that I would LOVE to see Cedar Point get one.

The coaster that I rank between those 2 coasters is Lightning Rod (RMC), but I also got lucky that I stopped at Dollywood on a day where only the rain caused downtime on it. I love the ride, but the reliability is awful.

El Toro actually does need retracking. They've replaced some sections of track during Holiday in the Park. Not to mention, retracking can be just as costly as other wooden coasters due to the need for precision laser cut pieces of track. It's why Colossos at Heide Park has been SBNO for so long; the park didn't replace sections of track like Six Flags Great Adventure.
